The frames of gangway are made of 6061 aluminum alloy with TIG/MIG welding technology. The surface decking material could be selected from composites, natural hard-wood and natural soft-wood. Decking are fixed on to frame with SS316L stainless steel screws and assembled together with hinge plate transition plate, roller and hinge pins and fastened with SS316L stainless steel bolts.
Livart Marine Aluminium main pontoons are made from 6061 T6 or 6082 T6 marina grade alloy. The pontoon frame consists of two edge profiles connected to each other by crossbars and diagonals.
